Obama was there to get support for the soon-to-be Mayor of NYC, Bill DeBlasio (in the background). I told Uncle Greer he looks like he saw "The Burning Bush". He laughed at my comment.

OH MY GOD. hahhaha. There's so much going on, with this photo. First of all, look at our small Christmas tree. Hey, we were REALLY struggling. Furthermore, I know the phrase "that's so gay" is played, but--really......my pose is SO gay. I was actually trying to look cool and different. It looks like I'm voguing.

Adonis was such an evil bully. Therefore, I didn't think he was worthy of a birthday celebration AND a MICHAEL JACKSON DOLL!!? We were really struggling, at this time.....but Mom made sacrifices to see us happy. Getting back to Adonis, though----look at the JEALOUSY in my eyes!!! HAHHAHAHAHA!!! Adonis knew this, so he smiled more. So bad.
I couldn't BELIEVE Mom bought Adonis a Michael Jackson doll !! Look at the fake smirk, on my face. Hahahhaha. I can't even PRETEND to be happy, for him. Damn. Envy is such a bad thing.
My grandmother (Mom's Mom) made sure we were all seated, for this photo. We didn't wanna get smacked. Mom was getting ready. Hey---when you have strong personalities like my Mom, her Mom AND my Aunt?? You're gonna be cool, on Mother's Day (smile).

This was the last Christmas spent with both my Mom and Dad, before their divorce. My father arranged us in birth order: Robert (left), Adonis (center), Myself and Amoret.
Oh my goodness.....LOOK AT MY ALIEN DOLL!! Of course, Adonis knocked its teeth-out, with his SHOGUN Robot doll. Who knows how much that doll would be worth, in the 21st Century.

Hey, I was born into the struggle!! My Dad was protesting wages on his job, for the NY Public Library. Mom was pregnant with me I was born, a few weeks, later.
From Left to right:
My Grandmother (my Dad's Mom), Dad, my other Grandmother (Mom's Mom)....and Mom (holding Adonis). I believe this is 1975. Adonis is too big, for this to be 1974.
Dad was a great basketball player (trophies, scholarship).....Mom was a cheerleader. Both met in Franklin High School
